Service Description
A brief free call to talk about your parenting challenges, your family’s needs, and how Auntie Always Knows can support you with practical guidance and real-life support. Perfect for parents who need guidance, clarity, or support before committing to coaching.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked in advance and are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. Coaching packages must be used within the agreed 6-week period unless otherwise discussed. Communication between sessions is available for support but does not replace scheduled coaching sessions. By booking, you agree to these terms.
